Where quality comes first

Trusted by NHS professionals

We regularly receive referrals from NHS doctors for unresolved allergy and immune issues. Our collaborative approach ensures your care is coordinated and supported.

Clear communication at every step

We keep your NHS doctor informed with detailed feedback and practical recommendations. This helps your whole healthcare team stay connected and focused on your needs.

Evidence-based assessments

We use both established and innovative testing methods to identify hidden triggers. This thorough process supports more effective treatment plans for you.

I have been going to this clinic, which offers testing for many problems of a kind unavailable on the NHS, for nearly 50 years. It enabled me to move from working just a few hours a week to full-time employment thanks to identifying my food intolerances and giving me desensitisation. I later developed asthma, which is controlled by yet more desensitisation, and shortages of vitamins, minerals and essential oils, which are controlled with supplements and shifts in my diet. The medicines the clinic prescribed, unlike those from my local hospital, have also almost cured my ulcerative colitis. I have found the staff unfailingly kind, caring and knowledgeable and on my visits for testing have met many others for whom this clinic has been a lifeline and who like me live nowhere near the clinic. Repeat visits are necessary because the precise quantity of the aggravating food or inhalant that is required for desensitisation can change over time, often in response to an infection.

NHS referrals

Unlike the 1980s and '90s, when extra-contractual referrals to doctors or clinics in the private sector could be initiated by a person's GP, the current situation with applications for funding of treatments not currently available in the National Health Service has to be approved by one's local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), following an Individual Funding Request (IFR).

The process and criteria are described on NHS England.

Unfortunately, the criteria used often prevent people with serious health conditions from having their treatment at independent medical clinics funded, even when they have been able to confirm that a method has been effective, whereas other options available in the NHS have repeatedly failed.

Under these circumstances, we regret we are no longer in the position to accept referrals funded by the NHS.
