Raised plasma lipids lower risk of dementia

This newly published study is likely to add gravity to the findings of earlier studies, which have highlighted a link of increased fat intake with reduced risk of death from nine top killer diseases.


The protective effects of cholesterol and triglycerides have raised serious questions about the persistent refusal of main stream Medicine to reappraise its official guidance on the use of statins, to lower them, as detrimental to human health.


Lower levels of triglycerides expose people to increased risk of cancer and dementia. Diets high in antioxidants, low in sugars along with physical exercise reduce this risk. Official!
